As part of the 2025 NSW Seniors Festival I'm seeking your help to recognise an outstanding older person in our community with nominations for the Parramatta Senior of the Year Award now open!

If you know a senior who strives to make our community a better place through volunteering, innovation, or simply supporting family and friends, now is the time to nominate them for the Parramatta Local Senior of the Year Award!

The 2025 NSW Seniors Festival will be held from 3 - 16 March.

The 2025 Seniors Festival and the Local Achievement Awards celebrate the tremendous contribution seniors offer to our community.

By highlighting seniors’ continued efforts in helping Parramatta thrive, we are continuing to challenge ageism and empower seniors to overcome social stigma.

Nominations close midnight, 16th  March 2025. Please complete the form below.

Note: The nominee must live in the Parramatta electorate, which can be found here: http://elections.nsw.gov.au/elections/find-my-electorate/districts/parramatta and must be over the age of 60.
